In order to carry out the trial,  it is necessary to write your arguments before the discussion, so how are you going to write your arguments?

First of all, it is necessary to have a thesis statement which will be the main point of your argument.

Example of thesis statement:
Victor Frankenstein is guilty because he was an irresponsible scientist.
Then, it is important to support your point of view with facts. Facts are statements that can be proven by direct experience or objective verification; they can be the result of research or investigation.

Supporting Points
Examples
1.Victor Frankenstein committed several illegal acts
a.VF stole corpses
b.VF made experiments that were not allowed by the scientific community

Finally, expressions to support your point of view are used to organize your ideas in a logical way.

  1. Doctor Victor Frankenstein trial:
Doctor Victor Frankenstein is guilty because he created a life without any right and abandoned it, giving it a cruel existence without any love.
To begin with, Doctor Victor Frankenstein did something reprehensible not only by the scientific community but by the human reason and awareness, he created a life breaking the human principles without hesitation neither about what could happen nor with him neither with his family.
He committed a lot of crimes doing this, for example:
Stole human bodies from hospitals to use them in his experiments; used procedures extremely painful for the patient, threw toxic substances into the sea
More importantly, he causes emotional and physical distress to his creature; he leaved it alone when it was just as a baby. I know that it was a monster but as far as I am concerned he had feelings and he was intelligent too. Victor Frankenstein could have taken care of it, but instead of that he leaved it alone.
In conclusion, Doctor Victor Frankenstein is guilty because he created life and he played with it, breaking important laws, stealing bodies of people with families that wanted to bury them and indirectly destroying his family.

    1. Víctor Frankenstein is GUILTY. First of all, this man was trying to be like god when he tried to create life. Second, his experiment just resulted in a monster that even himself couldn't control therefore that monster became against Victor F, and it murdered all his family. Becuase of this, he is guilty of the death of these people.

In conclusion, if Victor Frankenstein would have created this ugly creature, and just concentrated to become a doctor, all the damages that was caused to his family wouldn't have existed. For all these reasons Victor Frankenstein is the only responsible person of his tragedy.

    1. To begin with my statement I want to call a Natalie Massenet phrase that says : "What seems like a crazy idea today eventually grows. It's a 'with hindsight' thing. One day, someone will turn around and say, 'That was genius."

So, in order to that, mi point is that Victor Frankestein is an innocent Man who invented an ugly creature for human eyes. As we all know, people couldnt handle the uglyness of the creature and it seems that they couldnt see the greatness behind the monster.

After that cruel act of repudiation, the monster was unable to behave and became dangerous for others and caused by coincidence all of those lame acts for the Frankestein family.

According to last idea, its possible to consider that the monster developed some esquizofrenic actittudes against human beings and specially to his creator. As a consecuence of the denied petition for a wife, the monster became evil and full of anger against Dr. Victor and promised a life o misery and suffering to make his creator feel like himself.

After that, its possible to compare the monster with any others human who was born with a genetical malformation and have to suffer discrimination by human society. After that it is pertinent to ask ourselves: Is the monster behaviour a consecuence of discrimination by Dr Víctor or by human society?

Just for closing my opinion, i want to express that some humans cannot see further and thats why society focused on esthetics and did not consider the medical discovery of the Doctor, that could bring back to live a dead body.

  7. Victor Frankestein is guilty because he committed illegal acts. One of these was to steal parts of many dead bodies. Another illegal act was to steal his professor’s ideas and research. He also posed a risk to the people who were around him. By the other hand, he created a monster with feelings, but he didn't give love to him. The monster couldn´t control his emotions, and Victor didn't control him. Furthermore, the monster had a brain and knew what kind of actions he did.
In conclusion, Victor was very irresponsible when he created the monster, he didn't think of the consequences. Victor was very unconscious with the idea of created this Monster, and more than unconscious, he was very, very crazy.

  8. Under the accusations of negligence, malpractice, and emotional and physical distress Victor Frankenstein is guilty because even if he said that he was doing the experiment in order to help the people he became selfish and never take on considerations the warning of his professor about the danger of the experiments of that nature and because of his obsession whit the experiments he went too far by stealing body parts, in the moment of put together all the parts he never thought about how it will be the world for an “artificial” human being or even in something as simpler as the appearance of the body as a result of this when the creature came to live he was not prepare to handle the situation and when he saw the creature he ran away terrify and whit feelings of regret, furthermore the way he act latter was even worse because he abandoned a creature that had no idea about the world leaving him my his own and without any leadership the creature learned the hard way about life mostly because the Frankenstein´s careless about aesthetic everybody judge the creature by the way he looks and all of this is the main reason why the creature became a monster
Therefore Victor Frankenstein is guilty he does not had the right to mess up with life and he was not responsible enough to take care of his actions creating a snow ball effect for the worst.

  9. first of all the events show that there are crimes.
stole corpses, and this is very dangerous, because the bodies are not raw material, the bodies are those of their families.
Victor Frankenstein Committed several illegal act, because he entered without permission a house. he stole a house, that's a crime.
another crime, and this is to discover the principles of medicine and the nature of life, Victor returned life. without permission of its victims, is the monster asked him live? Does your wife asked you live? the answer is no, on the contrary monsters committed suicide.
Victor Frankenstain is a genius, but not all inventions are good. for example, the person who invented the camera gas in Nazi Germany, is a genius for inventing a machine to kill people, but the machine is a crime.
another example, the person who invented the atomic bomb is a genius to invent a machine to kill people, but his invention is a crime.
In summary, I want to point out That not all inventions are good, there are inventions that go against life, frankenstain victor goes against the good death

Gomez Professor, classmates, please do not be fooled with malicious arguments.

our society should seek progress with ethics.

  12. Good morning ladies and gentlemen. I am Wendy Orozco and I’m here to prove that Victor Frankenstein is guilty of all charges that he is being accused. First of all, I have to say Victor Frankenstein wasn’t a scientist. He barely was a first-year student of natural sciences. He didn’t know anything about Medical Science. He wasn’t prepared to do that type of experiments. He knew it was dangerous because Professor Waldman said him and he didn't pay attention. VF was irresponsible. He was putting his own life in danger and he put in danger all people in Ingolstadt and Geneva. Innocent people died because his irresponsibility.
Furthermore, he commitment several illegal acts. For example, he stole corpses and he used that corpses to make experiments that were not allowed by the scientific community. All people deserve a decent burial and VF stolen their opportunity when he stole that corpses.
Also he causes emotional and physical distress to the creature. VF abandoned his creation and because that all this events unfortunate happened. The creature don’t remember anything about his past life. He can speak and think but he was like a little child. People hurt him and he answer the same way. That is the human nature. The creature just wanted to be loved.
In my opinion, Victor Frankenstein must be sent to prison because he must pay for his crimes. He could use his time saving people, but he didn’t. He just wanted to play to be god.
In conclusion, based on the above arguments, Victor Frankenstein should be sentence according to the laws. He deserves a sentence of life in prison.

  13. Good evening ladies and gentlemen, my name is Mariana Mantoya and I am here today to defend the illustrious student of anatomic science and physics: Doctor Victor Frankenstein. I would glad to say that he is accused today for the charge of negligence, malpractice, and emotional and physical distress because he decided to make a progress into the studies of human and biological science for his own when it wasn’t allowed in his time.
But, do you really think that Frankenstein’s decision was wrong? What would happen if never would Da Vinci have stolen corpses for their anatomic studies? Probably our medic recourse would be less and our education in those topics would be very few, and that is what I think that the problem isn’t the immediately invention of the monster, the problem is our way to think in the other just like a physic experiences and not like a person and his feelings.
The Doctor, with his experiments wanted to analyze the structure of life, something that even in our modern times is a mystery itself, and he could do it when he realized that he was sick physical and mental, so in that time he didn’t have the support of any other company or partner in his experience, in that way he couldn’t control his experiment when it was alive and he was just too scared and distress to do it.
In conclusion Frankenstein wouldn’t be in his actual position if their society would have been more intelligent and compressive with his real advances and the benefits of his project. His worst problem was to be afraid of his own experiment because he didn’t understand the meaning of real love and beautifulness.
